The villa also offers a private indoor pool. Pool heating is available on request and for an extra fee (please request 48 hours in advance). The pool is heated to 25/26°C, as recommended by a specialist for optimal water quality and balance. There are 2 parking spaces on the property and free street parking. Pets are allowed. There is no air conditioning, but portable heaters and fans are provided. There are 4 exterior security cameras and 1 by the pool. The property has an alarm connected to a security company.
